    Anatomy

The radiopalmar wrist ganglion is a protrusion filled with synovial fluid of the synovial membrane of the palmar wrist capsule. It typically arises at soft spots, usually between the proximal and distal V-band, perforates the deep forearm fascia, and is in close proximity to the radial artery and its branches.
