• Diaphanoscopy of the Abdominal Wall
• Subtle Preparation
• Placement of the Insertion Aid Preferably in the Medial Area of the M. rectus abdominis

Almost all injuries that occur during laparoscopic procedures can usually be well managed if they are noticed immediately and responded to accordingly, e.g., hemostasis, suturing of the intestinal injury. In case of doubt: Conversion to laparotomy!
