Excision with the Loop
![Excision with the Loop]()
Soundsettings All lesions are excised as small as possible and always very superficially epicutaneously. The wet-resection technique can also be recommended here, as it improves the conduction of the current and better preserves the surrounding area through cooling. The excision must not reach the entire cutis. This is also not necessary, as the individual lesions are always epicutaneous. In the case of deeper lesions, infiltrative growth may be present, then a more extensive and deeper excision is necessary (see AIN and anal carcinoma).
Also using the wet-resection technique, the individual lesions are destroyed with electric current
