Contraindications
- Relevant comorbidities with inability to undergo surgery or anesthesia

Preoperative Diagnostics
In cases of previous iatrogenic injury to the bile ducts, e.g., in the context of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, preoperative diagnostics with imaging of the vessels (Angio-CT / Angio-MR) as well as imaging of the biliary system (ERCP/MRCP) is necessary.
